Christmas Eve Virtual Service

Join Village Church Rolesville for a special virtual Christmas service you don't want to miss! Be sure to tune in with your whole family! We believe that in Jesus Christ, God came to us ALL in love to make it possible for us to be welcomed into God's family. This Christmas, in our worship, we'll celebrate Jesus' birth and the good news of a God who comes to where we are to be with us. We all need news like that in a year like 2020!

Our service will premiere on Christmas Eve Eve, December 23 at 5:30pm and then again on Christmas Eve, December 24 at 5:30pm right on our Facebook page. It will then be available on demand as well so that you can worship when it works for you and your family.

In order to make this service meaningful, we're asking you to upload a family Christmas picture HERE. Or email pastor Tyler. We will create a video of them for the worship!

Advent Bags for Kids

This Christmas season we are putting together activity bags for children that will include materials to learn about Advent and the birth of Jesus. Each bag will include a make your own advent wreath with lessons about how to "light" the candles each week, a nativity story coloring book, glow stick candle for Christmas Eve, and story of the candy cane (with a candy cane of course!). Please CLICK HERE to indicate how many children would need materials. There will be designated pickup times for the bags at Village Church Rolesville or Wake Forest campus starting the Sunday after Thanksgiving (29th).

Advent Devotion and Christmas Tree Project

An Advent calendar will also be provided in a paper and digital version for our adult church members. For the digital version, CLICK HERE. The digital version provides interactive virtual activities for church members to engage with. In addition, a Christmas tree is being placed outside the church doors for us to work together as a church family to decorate! Bags are being prepared with materials needed to make a weekly ornament to remind us of the themes hope, peace, joy, and love. After families make their ornament, they are invited to bring their ornament by church to place on the tree at a time convenient for them. Bags with ornament materials will be available for pick up at church on November 22nd and 29th, before and after the service.

If you do not have kids, but would like to have an advent wreath kit, please email Sara Lynn at mbloodworth1@gmail.com
